Galliford Try, the housebuilding and construction group, have announced that its Partnerships business has finalised a new £38 million contract to regenerate the Brook House site in North London.
Registered Provider Newlon Housing Trust has chosen Partnerships to complete a major new project on the site of the former Cannon Rubber factory in Tottenham. The project will see the creation of 222 new homes as one, two and three-bed apartments, new commercial space and a new two-form entry primary school capable of accommodating 420 pupils.
The construction phase of the project is to commence in June, with completion expected to be achieved in mid 2015.
