M2 Global Investments have reached agreement with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to move into prime office accommodation at 27 Blossom Street in the heart of Ancoats Urban Village.
Blossom Street Accommodation provider for a group of companies supplying direct sales and marketing services, M2 have now signed a lease for the Victorian building which spans over three floors. A number of associated businesses will now be following suit and moving to this fast developing area adjacent to Manchester City Centre.
Deborah McLaughlin, Executive Director for the HCA in the North West said: "This lease for M2 is great news and forms part of the overall Ancoats Development strategy to occupy and improve the area.
"This exciting area has just seen the Halle orchestra take up St. Peter’s church as rehearsal space and the New Islington Free School is scheduled for opening in September. There’s also the new convenience store, cycle café and since Christmas work has restarted at Royal Mills and Sarah Point to create brand new homes.
"I feel we're creating a real hub for business, social enterprise and culture in the City Fringe and it’s great to see so much life now coming to the area."
