Morgan Sindall has received a Gold ranking in Business in the Community’s annual benchmark of responsible business management, the Corporate Responsibility (CR) Index.

The Index is the UK's leading and most in-depth voluntary benchmark of Corporate Responsibility. The award of a Gold ranking signifies that Morgan Sindall is able to demonstrate openness and transparency through effective public reporting of its material environmental and social issues, programmes and performance.

Morgan Sindall achieved a score of 93 per cent – a four per cent improvement on the previous year.

Brian Handcock, Morgan Sindall Head of Sustainability and Environment, said: "Achieving the Gold ranking is a testament to the continued hard work that our projects and offices put into delivering sustainability across our business. Sustainability is now truly becoming embedded in all that we do. The feedback we will now receive from Business in the Community will assist us in continuing to improve, delivering benefit for us, our supply chain partners, our customers and society."
