Galliford Try has been selected to deliver a £1m office refurbishment project at the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool.
The project, which will see the strip-out and refurbishment of the eighth floor of Liverpool's most iconic building for client Royal London Asset Management, will be undertaken by Galliford Try North's Special Projects team, who specialise in complex refurbishment and new build projects in the £50,000 to £2m value range.
The fast track, 14 week contract follows a very successful 12 months for the Warrington based team as they continue to secure and deliver schemes for a number of local authorities, schools and commercial developers across the North West and North Wales.
Dave Clarke, Head of Special Projects for Galliford Try North commented: "We are delighted to have been selected to deliver this fast track refurbishment project in what is arguably Liverpool's most iconic building. Securing this contract is testament to the hard work and dedication that the Special Projects team have demonstrated over the last 12 months across the North West as we continue to deliver often complex projects safely in live environments on budget and on time to the highest quality across the region."
