London Borough of Barking and Dagenham has awarded Lakehouse Lot 2 of the capital works programme for internal works.

This programme has been procured through the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham's Major Construction Works (Housing) Framework. The project includes the survey and design for the refurbishment and alteration of kitchens, bathrooms and toilets and the full or partial renewal of electrical and gas heating installations and all associated works to occupied or void dwellings.

This 40 week project is due to be completed by January 2014.
