VINCI Facilities has won a ten year contract with Peabody, one of London's oldest and largest housing associations.

The partnering contract will deliver Peabody's £150m Quality Homes programme across the organisation's estates portfolio.

The programme includes installation and refurbishment, communal and estate-wide works, as well as external building fabric repairs and installations.

"We are very much looking forward to working with VINCI," said Roger Winchcombe, Director of Property Services at Peabody. "Peabody residents played a key role in a robust procurement exercise to select two partners, and were impressed with VINCI's commitment, management expertise and overall style of delivery."

Mobilisation is expected to commence imminently with a full programme of work starting mid-year.
