Carillion has been selected by Lancashire County Council as the preferred bidder to become a strategic partner for the delivery of a range of property services for East and North Lancashire.
This contract will initially focus on property development, which is expected to be worth up to £150 million over 10 years, but this has the potential to increase as the scope of the services to be provided by Carillion can be extended under the terms of the contract.
Commenting, Carillion Chief Executive, Richard Howson, said: "We are delighted to have been selected by Lancashire as a strategic partner for this innovative contract.
"I believe our success reflects Carillion's ability to provide a fully integrated solution to meet the property services needs of the County Council."
