London developer United House Developments is expanding its team with the appointment of Adam Gaymer as a Director.

Adam joins United House from Altyon, a property development and investment fund. He will be working alongside Managing Director Nick Stonley to enhance and manage the procurement and growth of the development business at United House, which was recently named Homebuilder of the Year at The Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2012.

With over 15 years experience in both residential and commercial property, Adam brings with him a proven track record of securing business, leading projects and managing teams – with a particular focus on development and intensive asset management projects.

While Adam was a partner at Altyon he was responsible for setting up and managing the Development arm of the business and was in charge of sourcing, acquiring and managing projects – including Sittingbourne Mill, Sittingbourne Town Centre regeneration, Sun Park in Camberley and the former GSK site in Beckenham. Prior to Altyon, Adam held senior positions at CBRE, DTZ and King Sturge.
