Interserve, the international support services and construction group, has announced that Anne Fahy will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2013.

Anne is Chief Financial Officer of BP's Global Fuels business. In her 24 years at BP Anne has gained a deep experience of global business, developing markets, risk management, internal control, compliance and strategy development gained in the Aviation, Petrochemicals, Trading and Retail sectors in BP's Refining and Marketing business. Anne is a Chartered Accountant having trained and worked at KPMG in Ireland and Australia before joining BP in 1988.

Lord Blackwell, Chairman of Interserve, said: "We are delighted that Anne will be joining the Board.
