Interserve has scooped a three-year, integrated facilities management contract with Carphone Warehouse, the largest independent telecommunications retailer in Europe.

Interserve will support more than 3,000 staff across Carphone Warehouse's 32,000 square metre commercial property portfolio, including its headquarters in Acton, call centre in Warrington and distribution centre in Wednesbury.

This new contract will see Interserve redefine service delivery around the customer experience. A 100-strong team will deliver cleaning, catering, post room, porterage, engineering maintenance and security services, along with additional front-of-house, waste management and office services.
