Costain, one of the UK's leading engineering solutions providers, today announced the formation of a new Natural Resources operating division as part of the further transformation of the Group to align closely with its customers’ evolving requirements.
The new division will encompass the Water, Hydrocarbons & Chemicals, Nuclear Process and Waste sectors, combining the existing Energy & Process and Environment Divisions. The division will enable Costain to combine further its front end process engineering, project delivery, and operations capability into an integrated service for customers.
The Managing Director for the new division will be Mark Rogerson MBE. Mark joined Costain from Serco earlier this year and has been promoted from his previous role of Chief Development Officer. He has a track record of successfully managing and growing support service businesses.
The Natural Resources division will operate alongside the Infrastructure Division, which will now also include all Power Sector activities. The Infrastructure division will continue to be led by Managing Director Darren James.
