Lovell has appointed Peter Ball as partnership manager for the company's contract providing repairs services to Accord Group, one of the West Midlands' largest housing associations.
Through the ten-year contract with Accord, Lovell carries out day-to-day repairs and provides a 24-hour reactive repairs services for Accord's homes in Birmingham, Coventry, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Sandwell, as well as undertaking refurbishment and maintenance work to empty properties. Accord Group provides 11,000 affordable homes and a range of services to 50,000 people across the Midlands.
Peter joins Lovell from Midland Heart housing association where he was energy savings improvement manager. He has held a number of senior management roles in the construction and repairs industry after starting his career as a quantity surveyor.

"His skills and background make him a strong addition to our team and we are delighted that he is heading up the operational management of this major contract."
