Lovell has appointed Visakha Sri Chandrasekera as regional business development manager for London and Sean Broster as commercial manager for London.

Visakha who was previously head of new business for Lovell in London will drive business development strategy, key client relationships and business marketing and awareness.

Before joining Lovell from the Homes and Communities Agency, Visakha was deputy director of investment for the Housing Corporation in London where she was involved in delivering government-funded affordable housing and urban regeneration programmes.

Newly appointed commercial manager Sean Broster joins Lovell from Countryside Properties where he was associate director of surveying. He will head up all commercial activities for Lovell in the London region.

"I’m delighted to welcome Sean who brings significant expertise and fresh ideas into Lovell as well as promote talented people like Visakha from within our company," said Peter Taylor, Lovell regional director for London.
