NG Bailey has signed an exclusive partnership deal with US company, Elutions, to launch an innovative energy solution that guarantees cost reductions for customers through a reduction in their energy usage.

The partnership with Elutions, a global leader in smart buildings and operational business intelligence solutions, adopts technology developed over the last 15 years to help companies reduce their energy usage and deliver a significant cost reduction to their bottom line.

Totally new to the UK market and already proven in both the US and Europe, the solution, badged 'Rare Energy', utilises a unique 'Maestro' platform. This intelligent technology identifies a company’s energy usage across its existing assets, either in one single location or on an enterprise scale. It then produces a report detailing the energy being consumed across the portfolio, before analysing and altering the usage accordingly, to achieve optimum reduction results. Once the solution is in place – the occupiers of the customer's buildings are then engaged to ensure behaviours support the operational changes.
