Kier Property has let a further 3,700sq ft of office accommodation at Compass House in Southampton, on the former Ordnance Survey (OS) headquarters.
Radio Tactics, a high-tech digital intelligence and evidence gathering equipment company, has signed a five-year deal that will see it join other tenants including HRMC and NHS Shared Business services, which have secured 86,000sq ft of office space between them.
Kier Property recently completed a £3.4m major refurbishment of Compass House, which it acquired in 2010 as part of a deal to develop a new award-winning landmark headquarters for the mapping giant at Adanac Park.
Commenting on the announcement, George Shepherd, development manager at Kier Property, said: "We're delighted that Radio Tactics has joined a growing number of companies that are tuning into the benefits of Compass House."
Kier Property has appointed Lambert Smith Hampton and Jones Lang Lasalle as letting agents.
