Cembrit, the roof slate and cladding specialist, has strengthened its northern team with the appointment of Paul Melvyn Bentley to the position of Assistant Depot Manager at its Normanton depot. Multi-talented Paul joins the team with customer service and operations experience, which will hold him in good stead for his role at Cembrit.
Paul, who will be known as Mel, will draw on his background to support the sales team as well as getting hands-on with a range of other duties within the depot.. As Assistant Manager, he will ensure the smooth running of the branch; including stock control, processing orders and deliveries, through to customer liaison and even helping out with loading/unloading when things get busy.
"I joined Cembrit as I was ready for a fresh challenge," said Paul. "I am looking forward to using the skills I have built up from various previous roles which will allow me to get involved in all aspects of operations within the branch. I am excited to be joining Cembrit and the committed team at Normanton branch."
