Thanet District Council has received a planning application for proposed amendments to parking and access arrangements on part of the development of 100 houses at land at Monkton Road in Minster.
The development was originally granted permission by the council in 2007 and is now complete, however the developer, Persimmon Homes, has now proposed changes to some of the conditions which were imposed by the council.
These changes include amendments to the parking and access arrangements to plots 39-43, as well as proposals to close the existing emergency vehicular access and allow pedestrian and cycle only access.
These amendments are now out to public consultation until Wednesday 19 September.
The application will be decided by the council following the end of the public consultation period and once the views of the Kent County Council Highways Officer are received.
