Lovell has launched its brand-new website, www.lovellnewhomes.co.uk, making it quicker and easier for househunters to find their perfect home.
With research findings suggesting that four out of five people expect to start their search for a home online, Lovell has spent the last 12 months creating a totally new website offering a faster way to find the right property from the superb range of high-quality houses and apartments built by the company in England, Scotland and Wales.
New search features enable homebuyers to find just they are looking for in their new home with the option to search by location, postcode, number of bedrooms and budget. Househunters can also go on to the site to contact a sales advisor or make an appointment to view a property as well as find out about the array of Lovell incentive schemes designed to make buying a home easier.
In addition, with the rapid increase in the use of tablets and smartphones, the new website is mobile friendly and uses cutting-edge technology enabling househunters to continue their search while they're on the move. Automatic location recognition allows the site to pinpoint a user's location and show them available homes for sale nearby.
"Our most important people are our customers, so obviously they were the first people that we spoke to when we began researching the development of the new website," said Lovell national sales manager Justine Elliott. "They told us that it’s important to be able to find the information they need quickly and easily and that they want to be able to search the site when it’s convenient for them - whether they’re at home or out and about.
"As with so many areas of life, the internet has transformed the way people look for a new home. Our new site reflects that and will help us enable our customers to get the most out of the benefits available through online and web-based technology. We’re also continuing to develop the site to ensure that it keeps pace with the very latest technological advances."
The site has been developed to be as easy as possible to use, with a clean, fresh appearance incorporating new-look Lovell branding.
