Lincolnshire based housing association Acis Group recently opened their latest new homes development in the town of North Hykeham.
Acis, who own and manage over 5,300 homes across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire, declared their Minerva Way development officially open in front of residents, local dignitaries, special guests, partners and employees.
Acis worked with North Kesteven District Council to deliver the project, which represents a total investment of £3.8 million, of which £1.6m was invested by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). Property developer Partner Construction was appointed by Acis to undertake the scheme’s build.
Rod Must, Chairman of Acis, said: "At Acis we pride ourselves in putting people first and providing better places for people to live. Minerva Way is another example of putting our priorities into practice and delivering what we say we will. It is also a great example of partnership working, as without our partners this would not have been possible and I’d like to thank them for their contributions. We have built some extremely positive relationships with other organisations and we now want to continue this with the new residents we have been delighted to welcome into our homes."
