Home Group Appoints Firms To Build £100m Worth Of Homes

Home Group has appointed ten companies to help it build in excess of £100 million worth of homes.

The social housing provider hopes to deliver 1,100 new homes over the next four years.

The companies have been appointed to Home Group’s southern region development contractors’ framework which covers developments in London the East and South East, the South West and the Midlands.

Ian Tallentire, Home Group’s director of development, said: "Home Group has selected 10 companies which we believe will be able to help us deliver much needed social housing homes in the south of the UK.

"Each of the companies impressed us with their submissions and we are looking forward to working with them."

The 10 companies are: Drew Smith Group, EG Carter & Co Ltd, Galliford Try, ISG Jackson Ltd, Keepmoat Ltd, Lakehouse Contracts Ltd, Mulalley & Company Ltd, Rydon Construction, T & A Kernoghan Ltd and Willmott Dixon Housing Ltd.
