Following a competitive tender Lovell has been chosen by Birmingham City Council's Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust for all three Lots on the BMHT New Build Housing.
The framework, which is for three years with a possible one-year extension, covers Rented and Shared Ownership Dwellings (Lot 1), Cross Subsidy Mixed Tenure (Lot 2) and Large Scale Mixed Tenure (Lot 3). Lovell has already been awarded its first project under the framework: 18 mixed tenure units with seven for open market sale at Old Moat Way, Ward End.
David Gough, regional director of Lovell in the Midlands, said: "We have enjoyed being BMHT's partners over the past few years as they have transformed the lives of hundreds of Birmingham citizens through their ground-breaking house building programme. We will continue to offer a top quality service at a price that gives the Council the very best value for money.'
