Lovell has appointed Peter Taylor as regional director for London based at the company's Elstree office. Peter was previously managing director for housing specialist John Laing Partnership.

In his new role with Lovell, Peter will head up the company’s new-build, mixed tenure, regeneration and refurbishment affordable housing business in London and within the M25 catchment area.
