David Hill, Director of Build Assure said: "Renovating, improving or even building your own home can be expensive and of course any large expense causes anxiety but our warranties are designed to help home owners stop worrying and get on with looking forward to enjoying their home when the building work has finished. Our affordable warranties start at cover for loss of deposit or liquidation during construction and go on to cover a range of structural and water ingress problems for 10 years.
