Graham FM recently fought off competition to win a contract to deliver planned and reactive mechanical and electrical repairs to all Portsmouth City Council Buildings.
The contract will run for a period of five years and will include major installations, under the council’s framework contract, for 200 council buildings.
The contract will also allow a further 19 councils, the University of Portsmouth, NHS Portsmouth and Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust to procure the mechanical and electrical services provided by GRAHAM FM.
This is the second contract awarded to GRAHAM FM by Portsmouth City council. Earlier in the year GRAHAM Environmental Services won the contract to provide legionella and water hygiene services to all council buildings.
Due to the successful expansion of GRAHAM FM within the UK, the business will be procuring a regional office in Portsmouth. This new office will enable GRAHAM FM to facilitate clients as far south as Portsmouth and as far north as Aberdeen.
