Lovell in the Midlands will be a key partner in a major regeneration project in Towcester, Northamptonshire.
Morgan Sindall Investments Limited (MSIL), the investment unit of construction and regeneration group and part of Morgan Sindall Group, has been appointed as preferred developer for South Northamptonshire Council's £45 million Towcester Regeneration and Civic Accommodation Project.
MSIL will deliver the project in partnership with two other companies within the Morgan Sindall Group: Lovell and Morgan Sindall.
The project includes 3,800 sq m new build civic offices to be built by Morgan Sindall plc while the residential development by Lovell will provide 106 new homes, ranging from two to five bedrooms, across two sites. This will include 16 affordable homes. In keeping with Lovell's reputation, the homes will be of an exceptional quality and finished to a very high standard. David Gough, regional director of Lovell in the Midlands says: "We will be building new homes in two wonderful, semi-rural locations. These homes will provide much-needed new living space for local people in this historic town. There will be some beautiful wood and grassland views for residents, as well as the convenience of the town centre being on the doorstep. We're looking forward to getting underway."
