Lovell has appointed Tony Rogers as South East regional manager for its planned and responsive maintenance business.
Tony, who previously ran his own consultancy business, will head up the company's business delivering responsive and planned maintenance services for housing association and local authority clients across the region. He has extensive expertise in the maintenance and social housing sectors having also held senior roles with Connaught Partnerships.
Lovell has additionally appointed Gareth Allcock - previously senior quantity surveyor with property services specialist The Apollo Group - as South East operations manager for its maintenance business. He was also previously area partnership director for Connaught and was a senior quantity surveyor for Lovell.
Simon Medler, managing director of the Lovell planned and responsive maintenance business, said: "Tony and Gareth have significant expertise in the sector and will further strengthen our team in the South East, which is a key area of expansion for the company."
Recent gains for the business include a £10 million contract to provide reactive maintenance services for 8,000 properties in London for Notting Hill Housing. Nationally, the Lovell maintenance business provides property repair and maintenance services for more than 100,000 homes across the UK. In the last year, it carried out more than 250,000 repairs and undertook gas servicing for over 30,000 properties.
