Mansell Introduces Business Development Team

Mansell has announced the promotion of Richard Sterling and appointment of Michael Nolan to the positions of Business Development Manager, for the Partnership Housing North West business unit, which operates throughout the North West of England.

Both Richard and Michael will be responsible for promoting the business throughout the region by pursuing new opportunities and reinforcing long-term relationships.

Richard will cover the Greater Manchester and Lancashire area, with Michael working in the Merseyside and Cheshire area. Both will be supported by Mansell's Land and Development Co-ordinator, Gareth Stansfield, who will continue to identify and deliver appropriate land opportunities across the region in line with customer requirements.

Richard has been with the business for over four years and has been instrumental in developing Mansell's retrofit and green deal offering. Michael has over 15 years experience in the affordable housing sector having held senior positions with private sector consultants, national house builders and registered providers.

With their combined experience, together with the financial strength of Mansell and our parent group, Balfour Beatty, I feel that we are well placed to deliver projects in the emerging mixed tenure and affordable rent market."
