Constructionline has been adopted by the largest housing association buying group in Wales, Integrate Consortium.
The organisation is using Constructionline to monitor the contractors on its two four-year frameworks worth over £76 million.
The first is for new development worth at least £12 million per year while the second is for planned maintenance worth over £7 million per year and includes kitchen, bathroom, decorating and boiler and window replacement.
Constructionline will act as a gateway to both frameworks and will provide ongoing monitoring of every contractor's financial status, insurance certificates and health and safety legislation details.
Integrate was formed in 2005 following an invitation by the Welsh Assembly Government for housing associations to develop partnerships to increase efficiencies and share best practice.
It is now made up of seven housing associations across South and South West Wales which together manage over 24,000 properties in 15 local authority areas.
The housing association members are Cadwyn, Cardiff Community, Coastal, Newydd, Taff, United Welsh and V2C.
