Lovell, the housing solutions specialist, has been appointed by Barnet Homes to deliver a range of services in a deal worth around £103 million over 10 years.

The firm will deliver planned refurbishment work and electrical work across a portfolio of 15,000 homes.

The work will be completed for Barnet Homes, the arm’s length management organisation (ALMO), which manages and maintains homes and estates on behalf of Barnet Council.

Steve Coombs, regional director at Lovell said: "This is a key strategic contract for Lovell and we are thrilled to be working with Barnet Homes, its residents and the local community."

Lovell will start work for Barnet Homes in April 2012.
