The UK's largest carbon neutral development, the Graylingwell Park Partnership is celebrating Gold & Silver at the What House? Awards.
The Gold is for 'Best Sustainable Development' and Silver for 'Best Brownfield Development'.
In a joint development with Linden Homes, Affinity Sutton and the Homes and Communities Agency, award winning Graylingwell Park, situated in Chichester, features high quality, energy-efficient homes set in glorious surroundings with nature trails and plenty of green open spaces. Constructed with environmental sustainability and community at its heart, Graylingwell Park will have an orchard, farm shop, community hall and even allotments for residents to grow their own food.
It was also a great day for the partnership behind the scheme as Affinity Sutton won a Gold Award for 'Housing Association of the Year' and Linden Homes won a Bronze Award for 'Housebuilder of the Year'.
Peter Youll, Managing Director of Linden Homes Guildford, commented: "We are absolutely delighted to have won two more awards for Graylingwell Park – I truly believe these are testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved."
