Szerelmey used a variety of materials on this project. Darren Moore of Szerelmey commented: "Interestingly, the horizontal bed joints between the stone courses on the façade were specially designed to incorporate powder coated metal feature strips. These were carefully built in as work proceeded and set the building apart from its neighbours."

Internally Szerelmey was responsible for the Bateig Limestone flooring in the offices’ main reception together with New Portland Stone wall linings to mirror the stone on the building's front façade. While in the residential entrance Szerelmey installed Portuguese Moleanos stone flooring.

Szerelmey's work also included large format porcelain wall and floor finishes to the office toilet zones, and the bathrooms in the residential apartments.

Work was carried out for the client, Sackville Street Partnerships Ltd. The main contractor was Galliford Try, while the architect was JMArchitects.
