Used plant and equipment auction website Mr Machinery's new interactive helpdesk has received a big thumbs-up from both buyers and sellers.
Visitors to www.mrmachinery.com are now able to take advantage of a ‘Live Helpdesk’ feature, which gives them the opportunity to pose any queries they have before, during or after any of its fortnightly reserved online auctions, and get a swift response from one of the firm’s customer service team.
Mark Bacon, Managing Director of Mr Machinery, revealed the additional functionality had proved particularly popular during the portal’s recent 'one day only' special event held earlier this month.
"Our new Live Helpdesk feature couldn’t be simpler to use. All visitors to our website need to do is click the icon towards the bottom right hand corner of the homepage, which opens up a chat box where they can enter any queries they may have and get an answer from one of our team of experts," Mark Bacon said.
"Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from both buyers and sellers, as it gives them the chance to clarify any issues they have with the general auction process, such as how to make a bid or how to sell an item of used equipment. It also enables them to raise any more technical questions they have about a particular lot, giving them even more information with which to make an informed choice whether to bid or not."
Mr Machinery is a dedicated online auction portal offering a unique platform for the sale and purchase of used plant machinery. Founded in 2007, the organisation has a global audience across more than 170 countries worldwide and currently attracts approximately 60,000 unique users to its site every year. With extensive experience within the heavy equipment and logistics industries, the team provides both buyers and sellers with a professional, personal and reliable service.
