Kier Reports Huge Demand For New Houses

Kier Partnership Homes is experiencing huge demand for new homes at Heritage Green, its increasingly popular development of one and two-bedroom apartments, and two, three and four-bedroom homes at New Cardington, Bedford.

This historic area is home to the Cardington Airship Works, founded by Short Brothers during World War I, and the interesting heritage, splendid views of open countryside and beautiful homes are certainly proving a winning combination.

During the weekend following the official opening of Heritage Green, the sales team organised a special first-time buyer event. Visitors enjoyed a glass of bubbly as they were invited to browse around the two gorgeous showhomes. The event was highly successful, with Kier reporting the sale of several properties over the weekend alone.
