WPPM, the building services management arm of Watkins Payne have commissioned Purple Frog to relaunch their website with an emphasis on creating a richer and personalised user journey for their clients.
The existing WPPM website has become a static and confusing experience for new and returning visitors. The brief for Purple Frog is to create a dynamic content driven site that will provide a different content experience each visit, and for WPPM clients to access login protected areas containing customised documents, drawings and data specific to their requirement.
The project will be developed over two stages, with part one launched before the end of December 2011.
WPPM have also announced their support and team sponsorship of an unusual subterranean challenge on 9th November. The challenge, undertaken by Purple Frog, is to visit and photograph each and every 270 London Underground stations in just one day. The official record for one person stopping at each station is just under 19 hours, but this challenge will involve a team, not just stopping, but leaving the station taking photos outside and then re-entering.
WPPMs sponsorship of one team will help raise funds for Sue Ryder Nettlebed Hospice and it is hoped that over £15,000 can be raised for the charity from sponsorship and donations.
To see the progress of the teams on the day visit the challenge page www.facebook.com/purplefroguk.
Anyone can help support the challenge by donating through TextGiving by mobile : Text TUBE50 £2 to 70070. You can also donate via JustGiving at www.justgiving.com/purplefrog-tube-challenge
