Mansell Scoops £1m Contract

Mansell has won a £1 million contract to improve South Quay Plaza in London for Cluttons.

South Quay Plaza is one of the major shopping centres in the Docklands area. The improvement works will involve the design and construction of a glazed entrance to the retail plaza, installation of a disabled lift, access ramp and construction of a car park.

The contract will also include works to enable pedestrians to walk freely in the external space between the retail plaza and South Quay Plaza two and three. Planters, furniture, lighting and paving will complete the regeneration of the area.

Work starts on site this month and is due to complete in March 2012.
