Mansell has won the regeneration award at the British Construction Industry Awards for Anne Mews, King William Street Quarter in Barking.
The awards recognise excellent construction projects, taking into account the overall design, construction and delivery of buildings and civil engineering projects.
The £4.3 million project saw construction of Barking and Dagenham's first new council housing for a quarter of a century.
31 terraced three and four- bed houses built to Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes now stand proud in Barking Town Centre. Two of the two-bedroom homes have been adapted for wheelchair access.
