Mansell has won two contracts worth £6.5 million for Highlands & Islands Enterprise (HIE).
Mansell are currently designing and constructing six new industrial units adjacent to the Hatston Pier in Kirkwall for HIE. This £2.8 million project has been procured by HIE to support the growth of the island’s marine renewable energy industry. 80% of the work will be carried out by local sub-contractors.
Most recently Mansell has been awarded another prestigious project from HIE to reinstate Raasay House on the Isle of Raasay. This £3.7 million project will require Mansell to restore the existing fire damaged historic building to its former glory for use by the Raasay House Community Trust. The project is anticipated to commence in October.
