Rockdale Housing Association Award Mansell £9.5m Care Home Contract

Rockdale Housing Association has awarded Mansell a £9.5 million care home contract in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The contract will involve traditional construction of a new 48 bed care home, Rockdale House, and two further buildings – 'Summerbank' comprising nine two-bed and one one-bed apartments and 'Laurie House' which will see 11 new apartments constructed and eight refurbished.

Rockdale House will have a spacious lounge, dining room, laundry room, hairdressers and two patio terraces.

Work is due to start on site this month and complete in January 2014.
