Ardmore To Complete New Hampton By Hilton Hotel

Ardmore Construction has been appointed as main contractor by Croydon Hotels Ltd to complete a new Hampton by Hilton hotel at 29-30 Dingwall Road in Croydon, close to East Croydon Station.

Ardmore is to complete the construction and fit-out of the 120-bed hotel over 12 floors, with banqueting rooms on the 1st floor and office accommodation on the 2nd floor.

The new Hampton by Hilton Hotel is aiming for a BREEAM rating of Very Good, with practical completion expected by end of November 2011.

When it opens, it will widen Croydon's existing hotel offer and focus on the corporate business market.
