High Care Air (HCA) have secured the order to supply and deliver the main sales and retail area Fabric Ducting for the new Morrisons store in Peterborough.

5 supply ducts are made from Flame Retardant Polyester material that has an anti-microbial coating and is guaranteed not to shed fibres during its life time (cleanroom quality).

Each duct is made with laser cut perforations set at pre calculated positions on the duct circumference to optimise the air pattern across the store. The perforations induce, mix and deliver the supply air to the sales floor with minimal velocity and allow cool air to breath through the material weave of the duct to ensure no condensation can occur when supply temperatures fall below dew point.

The ducts are supplied with large cords that run all along the top of the duct and slide into suspension rails provided making a straight long line of ducting without loops or creases along the entire 36m length supplied whilst creating a system that’s very fast to install.

As usual HCA supplied these ducts with a choice from 9 stock colours and 10 years warranty.
