Affordable housing and maintenance specialist Lovell has won a significant contract with the registered social landlord Atrium Homes to provide a reactive repairs service over a three-year period from July 2011.

The contract builds on the company's current success at supplying responsive maintenance within the region and will see Lovell carry out repairs and maintenance work on 985 homes and 99 lock-up garages in Ayrshire. This will also include the refurbishment of void properties.
