Jablite is launching a new website that reflects the changes in the way the company wants to be viewed in the construction community and beyond.
"Jablite is the leading brand in the EPS insulation products sector, but, in the wider insulation market, we are a challenger brand – and that is how we now view ourselves," explained Richard Lee, Sales & Marketing Director, Jablite Ltd.
"For the first time we have blogs on our website and we are using twitter and other social media to engage and communicate with our customers and the wider community," said Mr Lee.
"We have already used social media to disseminate information about our recent successes, such as our groundbreaking, new product, Jablite Dynamic Cavity Insulation, which is currently being installed for the first time in new build houses in Chorleywood ─ due to be completed in August."
Jablite plans to keep the website regularly updated, the latest information, photographs or videos will be posted, and then tweets will tell its internal and external audiences it is there.
"The great thing about social media is that it is honest and direct, there is no room for spin. That openness and integrity sits very comfortably with us at Jablite.
"We are good team players, we work well together and we work closely with our customers to provide them with the best possible service and products. We have nothing to hide ─ and our new website and communications policy reflects that," concluded Richard.
