Sczerelmey Wins Flooring Extension Contract

Szerelmey, the stonework and restoration specialist, has just won a flooring extension contract worth £720,000 at Bluewater Shopping Centre, Greenhithe, Kent.

Szerelmey's contract is to install a 4000 sq m floor extension using Jura limestone and Shell stone. Night work will be required to ensure that retailers are not disrupted during the day – a temporary floor will be in place during business hours while the work is taking place.

BAM appointed Szerelmey to work on the project. Work has just begun and is being undertaken for the client Lend Lease. It should be completed by July 2011.
