A social housing regeneration specialist, Forrest, has secured a £7 million responsive and planned maintenance services contract with Unity Housing Association.
The five-year agreement, which Forrest secured after an initial year-long deal, will see the firm's Refurbish and Respond divisions support 11,000 Unity homes across the Leeds area.
Forrest, which has seven offices across the North of England, will deliver the work from its Yorkshire operations hub which is based in Leeds.
The contract includes an option to extend the agreement for further one or two years.
Forrest's Respond team offers 24-hour-a-day, seven day a week responsive maintenance support while its Refurbish division provides a range of property asset management services.
Lee McCarren, Chief Executive at Forrest, said: "Unity's commitment to building strong and sustainable communities mirrors our own core values based on creating and supporting green neighbourhoods.
"Yorkshire is a key region for our organisation and Unity one of its leading housing associations making this agreement a major milestone for our Leeds office."
