Mansell Scoops £9.2m Contract In Derby

Mansell has won a £9.2 million contract to construct an independent living scheme in Derby for Sanctuary Group.

Mackworth extra care scheme will be a three-storey facility providing 98 self-contained apartments, alongside numerous communal facilities, including shops, activity rooms, a restaurant, gym, health suite and hairdressers.

The contract involves the demolition of the existing building.

Work will start on site this month and is due to be completed in autumn 2012.
