One of the industry's most respected building products manufacturers Larsen which has been at the forefront of the flooring market for over 30 years ran a seminar for architects, concrete producers, leading house builders and contractors to hear the latest thinking in using recycled waste product and renewables to improve the performance, installation times and aesthetics of underfloor heating systems.
The breakfast seminar was held in Belfast's Ramada Hotel, and featured speakers from LARSEN, REMONDIS and TIMOLEON.
The event was attended by 50 delegates from all over Ireland and was a resounding success.
Larsen MD Peter McGill said: "We were delighted to have a full room with people travelling from Cork and Galway and it was a great opportunity to showcase best practice in the use of sustainable screeds in which we are leading the field. Our Flotherm screed is proving exceptionally popular in self build and social housing projects at present."
