Haxted Estates Ltd, in partnership with property investor and developer, Development Securities PLC, has completed the purchase of a waterside property in the prime residential location of Sandbanks, Poole, for the development of four luxury apartments.

Construction is due to commence in April and complete early Summer 2012.

Designed by Black Architecture, the scheme balances the requirements of the premium market, delivering best in class internal spatial layouts, specification and finishes, with a sustainable environmental approach.

The building features the use of a high thermal mass super insulated envelope, low energy and water demand, locally sourced materials and a stringent approach to waste and recycling.

The project is the first joint venture between Haxted Estates Ltd, the residential and mixed-use developer founded by Carlo Navato in March 2008, and Development Securities PLC.
