Did you know you may require side barriers to comply with British Standards. It clearly states that barriers should be placed either at right angles to the plane of the door opening or in the same plane as the doorway opening.They must be a minimum height of 900mm and be able to resist a horizontal force of 740 N/m to the top edge.
