Step 1: No need for a lengthy registration process (you can add your details later). Just give us your email address and we'll automatically create an account for you and email you a password. You can log in to the site anytime to manage your Adverts and purchase credits.

Step 2: Create Adverts simply and easily adding up to 4 images for each Advert. Preview your Advert before you buy.

Step 3: Purchase credits to display your Advert live on the site. 1 Advert = 1 credit. The more credits you buy the cheaper the Adverts.

Step 4: Activate your Advert. We’ll send you regular updates and reminders by email if you need to renew your Advert.

Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER)

Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER)

To comply with these regulations all equipment must be thoroughly examined before first use, after which the frequency of a Statutory Thorough Examination varies for different devices but all must be thoroughly examined at least once a year. Lifting accessories and equipment designed to carry people must be thoroughly examined every six months. Equipment should also have a Statutory Thorough Examination following the repair or replacement of a structural component.

As part of our service, our trained inspectors will carry out a full check of your machinery and/or attachments advising of any works which need to be undertaken. Once the inspection and works (if any) are completed you are issued with a certificate.

Each inspection carried out by Totallyplant will include the following:
  • On site inspections carried out by one of our qualified inspectors who are also fully equipped with the relevant PPE and operate in accordance with current Health & Safety regulations.
  • Access to our online database where you can download duplicate certificates and check the current status of each machine certificated by us.
  • The online database is invaluable on occasions where machinery arrives on site without a current certificate. The certificates can be quickly and easily downloaded from anywhere with internet access – the machine can then go straight to work avoiding any costly delays to you and your company.
