BAM Properties has secured planning permission to continue major Leeds West End office developments known as Latitude.
The office is 115,000sq ft seven-storey commercial office development in the West End of Leeds which will be known as Latitude Blue.
The developer will offer the 115,000 sq ft seven-storey development to the market on a pre-let basis, and will configure the interior layout and specifications on a bespoke basis for the prospective occupier.
BAM Properties Development Director, Michael Smart, said: "This will be a high-spec development, designed and built to achieve a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating to deliver energy efficiency and low running costs. It will have everything you would want from a prime development in the heart of a thriving international city but at a lower cost than you would expect.
"There are two outstanding features: flexible floor layouts that can be specified by the future occupier, and a raft of energy efficient features.
"Construction can commence almost immediately following agreement with a prospective occupier. This flexibility is possible because the design work is being done by BAM Design and the 18-month build will be undertaken by BAM Construction who, along with BAM Properties, are part of BAM Construct UK."
